Appointments & Online Booking

Appointments may be booked through our website, Vagaro, directly with your stylist, or through other booking methods offered by Opaljune Salon or individual service providers.

Appointment availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been successfully confirmed.

Please review your appointment details carefully to ensure you have selected the appropriate service and stylist. If you are unsure what to book, we encourage you to contact us before scheduling.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that life happens. However, appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies may apply to your appointment. These policies will be communicated during the booking process or by your individual service provider.

Late arrivals may require the service to be modified, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled when there is not enough time to safely and properly complete the scheduled service.

Applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged according to the policy presented at the time of booking.

Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or booking platform are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on factors including hair length, density, condition, desired result, amount of product required, additional time required, and services performed.

Your stylist will communicate any significant changes to the planned service or price whenever reasonably possible before proceeding.

Consultations & Service Expectations

Every head of hair is different. Hair history, previous color, at-home color, medications, hair condition, texture, environmental factors, and other circumstances can affect the outcome of a service.

Consultations allow us to discuss your goals and determine an appropriate plan for your hair. While we work carefully toward your desired result, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Some hair goals may require multiple appointments to achieve safely.

Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding previous chemical services, hair color, treatments, allergies, sensitivities, and other information that could reasonably affect the service.

Adjustments

We want you to feel confident in your hair. If you have a concern about a service you received, please contact your stylist as soon as possible.

Any adjustment policy, eligibility, or timeframe may depend on the service performed and the individual service provider. Adjustments requested because a guest has changed their mind about the originally agreed-upon result may be considered a new service and may incur an additional charge.

Independent Service Providers

Some beauty professionals working within Opaljune Salon operate as independent businesses and are not employees of Opaljune Salon, LLC.

Independent service providers may establish their own pricing, schedules, booking procedures, payment methods, cancellation policies, service policies, and business practices.

When booking directly with an independent service provider, your service agreement and transaction may be directly with that provider.

Payments

Payment is due at the time services are completed unless otherwise arranged.

Payment processing may be provided through third-party platforms. By using those services, you may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

Product Purchases

Retail product availability and pricing are subject to change.

Returns or exchanges may be subject to Opaljune Salon's or the individual service provider's current retail policy. Please contact us if you experience an issue with a product purchased at the salon.

Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards, promotional offers, packages, and seasonal specials may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, eligibility requirements, stylist restrictions, or service limitations as disclosed with the applicable offer.

Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
